How to Request Your Lease Documents
It’s important to keep a full copy of your lease documents — including amendments and notices. If you’re missing documents, reach out directly to the tower company or carrier listed below.
Documents You Should Have:
- Original signed lease (with Exhibits)
- All amendments
- Commencement letter
- Any formal notices or correspondence
How to Request Them:
- Email is best. It gives you a record of your request.
- Include your Site ID Number. This is often found on rent stubs, the lease itself (bottom of page), or signage at the site.
- Be patient. Allow 7–10 business days for a response.
- Some carriers use online portals – if email doesn’t work, call their support line for guidance.
