Steel in the Air was highly recommended by someone in our church who is in the cellular business.  With that, and after my first conversation with Gypsy, we did not look at any other companies to help us sell our cell tower lease.  The entire transaction, although it took longer than preferred by either ACF or SITA, happened almost exactly as predicted by Ken and Gypsy.  They were extremely knowledgeable and were always available when needed.  Communication was clear, and expectations were accurately set as we moved through the process.  Ken’s ability to skillfully guide our team through decision points and communication with the buyer was greatly appreciated.  I would not hesitate to recommend SITA to potential clients in the future.
