I thought I would update you as to the status of our negotiations with Crown Castle. We have agreed upon a $xxxx increase in the monthly rate changing the installments to a total of $xxxx per month. The lease will be extended for an additional 30 years. Thanks for all your assistance you provided, it was of great value to us.
