I struck a deal with T-Mobile for $x,xxx per month, fixed for 5 years, with xx% increases in two 5-year renewal terms. We are waiting for their lease renewal document, so nothing is firm until that is in place, but I do not expect any surprises. Thanks very much for you good help.
