I must say with your advice on our last exchange of offers on my existing tower went well. Coupled with your web blog, these gave me the confidence to refuse the claims of Md7 that the second tower on my site could be moved if a rent reduction was not forthcoming. Currently they are installing the second tenant on that tower and I should be receiving a rent increase for that. Thank you again. The fee you charged was very reasonable and has been useful twice. Best money I ever spent.
