Thanks for your help in the evaluation process. ATC agreed to $x,xxx per month until the expiration of the original lease and then $x,xxx per month thereafter. The lease term is 30 years (5 year renewal increments). I commend you for your efficiency and the ability to impart your wisdom. It definitely gave me confidence in the negotiation process
