Where can these towers be placed can they be built at a steel mill.
Thanks, Iron Mike tkmetalsllc.com
yes- they can be built at steel mills.
Crown has approached me on several occasions about collocation. When I tell them I want 50% of the rent and auditable financials they balk and go away for 6 to 12 months. They come back and I tell them the same thing. My lease was written in the mid 90s so they don't have much recourse. Wondering how i can tell if they are "relo building"?
Contact the local county or township and ask if there have been any new applications in permitting or zoning for a new tower in the area.
