How much is my lease worth?

It depends on rent, escalation, lease terms, and location. We analyze your lease to provide a market-based estimate. Generally, you can assume that your lease is worth 18 times your annual lease rate (the equivalency of a 5.5 cap). The specific amount varies depending upon how long you sell the lease for, whether the lease is undervalued rent wise, and whether you give the buyer additional rights beyond the lease area.
