Since 2004, Steel in the Air has served over 3,000 clients, reviewed over 10,000 cellular leases and tracked over 2,000 lease buyout offers. We represent private landowners, corporate property owners and public entities in lease negotiations against wireless carriers and tower companies. We also consult on cell site and cell tower valuation and brokerage. Our cell tower and cell site database has grown to encompass over 285,000 cell site locations nationwide.

I have some questions: See after >>>>>>>host to manage your small cell infrastructure leasing. >>>>>>>>>Why? Then who should do the management, hopefully no are not suggesting it be done internally.

Do not enter into an exclusive agreement to lease infrastructure with a singular WSP. OK

Do not grant rights to your infrastructure without fully understanding your own current and future municipal public safety and non-essential communication needs.>>>>>>>> OK But my experience, they will ask their legal counsel (usually a private firm to look into) who has - No – none – absolute 0 – knowledge about it. Then it will go out for a bid to study, and the city do not want this to go public because of the suspected backlash.

Do not grant long term, non-cancellable rights to any one WSP.>>>>>> – Will it then be a cheaper compensation?
