Happy New Year. Greetings from Africa. I hope everyone had a nice holiday season.

I went to Victoria Falls in Zambia for the holiday season. We traveled by bus (~12 hours), watched a movie in a movie theatre, ate Subway sandwiches, went river rafting (see picture), my friends went on a safari (see lion), and we walked around the falls. Nice way to spend the holiday.

The rafting was amazing, there are many class fours and fives and one class six which was called commercial suicide and they did not let us do it. Probably for good reason. We flipped twice and numerous people got chucked from the boat. It was quite exciting as there were crocodiles in certain areas of the river.
